This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Existing chronic medical conditions or immunosuppresion
- Altered mental status
- Abdominal distention or pain
- WBC >20 x 10^9/L or WBC <1.5 x 10^9/L or WBC Bands >10%
- Serum albumin <3 g/dL
- Ascites present
- CAT scan findings of colitis, pneumatosis coli, or bowel wall thickening
