| Bacterial Meningitis Score for Children |

This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Gram stain of CSF positive
- CSF Protein ≥80 mg/dL
- Blood absolute neutrophil count 10,000 cells/cubic mm or more
- Incidence of seizures with illness
- Spinal fluid neutrophil count ≥1000 cells per cubic mm
