    • If CRP >85 mg/L, CRPFactor = 3
    • Else if CRP >45 mg/L, CRPFactor = 2
    • Else if CRP >25 mg/L, CRPFactor = 1
    • Else CRPFactor = 0.
  • FerritinFactor is assigned values by this ordered logic:
    • If Ferritin >750 ng/mL, FerritinFactor = 3
    • Else if Ferritin >450 ng/mL, FerritinFactor = 2
