Existing chronic medical conditions or immunosuppresion
Altered mental status
Abdominal distention or pain
WBC >20 x 10^9/L or WBC <1.5 x 10^9/L or WBC Bands >10%
Serum albumin <3 g/dL
Ascites present
CAT scan findings of colitis, pneumatosis coli, or bowel wall thickening
