- Mild fever
- Recurrent sore throat
- Painful lymph nodes
- Muscle weakness
- Myalgia
- Prolonged fatigue after exercise
- Recurrent headache
- Migratory arthralgia
- Neuropsych complaints
- Sleep disturbance
- Sudden onset of symptoms
- Low grade fever
- Pharyngitis without exudate
- Tender or palpable lymph nodes.
