This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:

• Patient age ≤12 months
• Serum Na ≤133 mEq/L
• Initial IVIG Rx within 4 days of onset of illness
• Serum AST ≥100 IU/L
• Neutrophil ≥80%
• C Reactive Protein ≥10 mg/dL
• Platelet count ≤30 x10^4/mm^3
