This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Age
- Performance status of 2 or higher
- History of prior transfusion
- Blood counts
- Hemoglobin <12 g/dL
- White blood count >20 x10(9)/L
- Bone marrow
- Chromosome 7 abnormality or complex >=3 abnormalities
