Clinical Grading to Predict Malignant Hyperthermia

Clinical Grading to Predict Malignant Hyperthermia is available in

This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Rigidity*
- Rhabomyolysis*
- Respiratory Acidosis*
- Fever*
- Tachycardia*
- Base excess below -8 mEq/L
- Arterial pH <7.25
- Rapid reversal of MH signs with dantrolene
- Positive history in a first degree relative
- Positive history in other relative
- Positive family history together with positive personal anesthetic history (not including elevated resting CK)
- Resting elevated serum CK (in patient with positive family history)
