This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Cardiogenic shock present
- Patient has class III-IV CHF
- PTCA done on left main coronary artery
- Patient has tachycardia
- Patient has chronic renal insufficiency
- Patient 75 years old or older
- Coronary lesion is type B2 or C
- Acute MI present
- Angina is unstable
- Stent was placed
