- Age >65 years old
- Previous DVT or PE
- Surgery or lower limb fracture within 1 month
- Active malignant disease*
- Unilateral lower limb pain
- Hemoptysis
- Signs
- Pain (tenderness) on palpation of lower limb deep venous structure and unilateral edema
