SLICC Criteria for the Diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is available in

This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Biopsy proven lupus nephritis and a positive ANA or Anti-dsDNA (see notes)
- Acute cutaneous lupus
- Chronic cutaneous lupus
- Oral ulcers
- Non-scarring alopecia
- Synovitis in two or more joints
- Serositis
- Renal abnormailties: proteinuria or RBC casts in urine
- Neurologic manifestations
- Hemolytic anemia
- Leukopenia (<4,000/mm3) or Lymphopenia (<1,000/mm3)
- Thrombocytopenia (<100,000/mm3)
- Positive ANA
- Positive Anti-dsDNA (see note)
- Positive Anti-Sm
- Positive Anti-phospholipid
- Low Complement
