Canadian Head CT Rule for Minor Head Injury

This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:

Glasgow Coma Score <15 at 2 hours post injury
Possible open or depressed skull fracture
Any sign of basal skull fracture
2 or more episodes of vomiting after the injury
Patient ≥65 years old
Amnesia for events 30 minutes prior to injury
Mechanism of injury was a dangerous activity or event
