This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- DM, history of HTN or history of Angina
- Systolic blood pressure less than 100 mm Hg
- Heart rate greater than 100 BPM
- Killip class II-IV
- Body weight <150 lb or 67 kg
- Anterior lead ST elevation or left BBB
- Time to treat more >4 hours
- Age
