This calculator evaluates the following Clinical Criteria:
- Age ≥65
- 3 or more CAD risk factors
- Known CAD with more than 50% stenosis
- Aspirin use in the past 7 days
- Severe angina in the preceeding 24 hours
- Elevated cardiac markers
- ST deviation greater than 0.5 mm
